Adeola moved from Nigeria to Canada.

Soon, helping friends became her calling.
Today, she coaches people with care,
kindness, and simple tools that work.
She is married and a mom of two.
She loves documentaries, laughing
at comedy shows, and serving her community.
She sits on a board called Bright Lights For Africa.
She also hosts Next Phase Podcast,
where she talks to real people about work, life, and change.
She grew up in Nigeria, in a warm
place full of stories, family, and love.
Her biggest challenges in Canada were:
finding work, understanding “Canadian
experience, ”and rebuilding confidence in a new land.
Now she offers1:1 coaching ,group programs,
and gentle guidance that mixes mindset, clarity, and real steps.
She serves people who feel unsure but want more.
She helps them see their strengths, tell new stories,
and take action that feels true.
